Microsoft Copilot is an AI-powered digital assistant that boosts productivity, creativity, and problem-solving across many tasks. It has an edge over ChatGPT on Mac since Copilot integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, offering features such as text generation, data analysis, and smart suggestions.

Of course, Copilot functions as a standalone AI chatbot, so it can help you with everything from research and ideation to coding and content creation. You can even use it to generate images if you have a Microsoft 365 Copilot (work) license or a Copilot Pro (home) license.

Similar to other AI chatbots, Copilot can answer questions, provide explanations, and assist with creative writing, coding, and research. This makes it a useful tool that can help you with almost anything you want to know or get done.

4. Optimized for macOS

The Mac version of Copilot features a sleek, user-friendly interface that aligns with Apple’s design principles. It is optimized for macOS performance, ensuring smooth interactions whether running on older Intel-based Macs or the latest Apple Silicon M-series devices.
