The new iPhone 14 series is here, and if you like bigger displays, then I’m sure you have gone with either the iPhone 14 Plus or iPhone 14 Pro Max. If you are a person who prefers to attach your iPhone with your belt, close to the waist, then I have brought you the best belt clip cases for your new iPhone.
Since your time is valuable, it’s my mission to make your time worthy; I have tried my best to include the best cases. So, shall we start?
1. Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro – Editor’s choice
Let me be honest. I’m a sucker for cool, rugged design, and this Supcase belt clip case got my attention in the first place because of that specific reason. It looks not only modern and sleek but also comes with great durability.
Whether you are looking for a hands-free experience or looking to set your phone properly for conference calls, this case is the right one. It has everything you need, including a swiveling belt clip and a kickstand. This case has also won CNET’s annual drop test challenge. I think that’s a testament to this case’s durability.
The case also has an added screen protector to ensure full-body protection, a feature you won’t see with most other options on the list. And if these all don’t convince you, it also comes with a one-year warranty.
As for cons, if you haven’t guessed it already, since the case is rugged, it will weigh more than usual. And if you don’t like that, let’s check other options on the list.
Pros
- Rugged case with screen guard
- Comes with a kickstand
- One-year warranty
- Modern and sleek design
Cons
- Comparatively heavy and bulky

2. OtterBox Defender series – Seriously durable
Suppose you are very serious about durability, or you are someone who goes hiking, your iPhone 14 Plus or 14 Pro Max’s durability will be at risk. In that case, this OtterBox case is the one to go forward with; it’s one of the most durable cases available.
It comes with raised edges to protect the screen on the front and camera bumps at the back. According to OtterBox, this case has been tested to survive four times the bumps of a Military Grade case. The case also features port covers preventing dust and lint from getting into the phone’s jacks and ports.
Moreover, if you are concerned about the environment, this case is made from 50 percent recycled plastic, so that’s something good. Another point is that the case comes with OtterBox’s lifetime warranty.
Pros
- Highly durable
- Raised edges for camera and screen protection
- Port covers
- Lifetime warranty
Cons
- Expensive
- Doesn’t support Magsafe

3. Encased Titan-X – Waterproof case
Since some of the cases mentioned in the list focus more on being rugged and durable, they can’t afford the space to provide space for MagSafe magnets. Thankfully, this case from Encased got you covered. Apart from having MagSafe support, this case also has MIL-Spec Waterproof support and is graded IP68.
It’s not limited to being waterproof; it is also shock-resistant and has passed the 15ft Drop Test, according to Encased. I would have appreciated the addition of a screen guard to assure 360-degree protection for your favorite iPhone.
But then again, for the price, I don’t see many reasons to complain.
Pros
- MagSafe support
- Waterproof case
- Shock/impact resistant
Cons
- No evident cons

5. Stronden holster case – Added versatility
When you imagine belt clip cases with a holster design, you get the Stronden holster case. This case comes in handy to store and access necessary things. It also comes with plenty of space to store your valuables, thus adding a touch of versatility.
Additionally, there’s a magnetic enclosure for extra security. On top of this, you also get a nylon ballistic belt clip between two belt hoops. This ensures that your phone and case don’t fall under any circumstances.
All these features come at the cost of being big and bulky. I know this could be a bummer for people who want a slim case.
Pros
- Extra space to store your cards and cash
- Magnetic enclosure for added security
Cons
- Bulky

6. i-Blason Armorbox – Rugged case with kickstand
As the saying goes, the more, the merrier. That’s what the i-Blason Armobox case has to offer. A rugged belt clip case can protect your device from drops and come in handy with the built-in ring holder.
The ring holder can also act as a kickstand when needed; these features do not make your device bulkier. Since it has to maintain that sleek design while providing all those features, you will miss out on magnets for MagSafe.
Other than that, you may be unable to charge your iPhone 14 Plus and 14 Pro Max wirelessly, thanks to the bulk of the case. Regardless of the cons, you can still consider this case if you want a rugged case with a ring holder and kickstand built into it.
Pros
- Rugged case
- Comes with ring holder and kickstand
Cons
- Bulk for wireless charging

7. PiTau holster case – Easy to use
At a glance, the PiTau holster case may not grab your attention, but the first impression shouldn’t be your last since the ease of use and quality of this case are unmatched in the price range. And that’s the reason I think this case would be one of the most popular iPhone 14 Max Pro and iPhone 14 Plus holster cases.
The case is made of high-quality nylon, promising great sturdiness to the case. Additionally, there is a metal and plastic clip providing durability. Two pen holders are also on either side of the pouch, promising better utility.
However, the velcro added for enclosing the case is loud. While it may not be a dealbreaker for many, it can be annoying.
Pros
- Can be used as a utility pouch
- Made with high-quality nylon
Cons
- Large size

8. Ghostek NAUTICAL belt clip case – Waterproof
For those who want a good-looking belt holder case, the Ghostek NAUTICAL case is one of the best belt clip cases for iPhone 14 Plus or iPhone 14 Pro Max. Not only is this case beautiful, but it also comes with an IP68-rated water-resistant case!
This case has gone all the way when it comes to protecting your iPhone. In case of drops, the case has a 360-degree shockproof design and a port cover to prevent dust or small particles from entering your iPhone. These include the lens cover and the bundled screen protector.
And as to complete the package, it also comes with magnets for MagSafe charging and accessories. But all of these features come at a cost that might be expensive for many. But if you feel the Ghostek Nautical case is worth the price, you may go ahead with it.

- IP68 waterproof certification
- Decent design
- 360-degree shockproof features
- Supports MagSafe
Cons
- Expensive

9. Bomea Holster
With some belt holster cases, you might find it difficult to use your iPhone with a case. That’s where you have the Bomea Holster case, which can hold even the largest iPhone 14 Plus and 14 Pro Max without any issue and can still carry small items if needed.
The case also comes with 2 additional belt loops for extra security other than the belt clip, so you can use either of those options or both of them to hold your iPhone 14 Plus or 14 Pro Max. Other than that, I also loved the material with which the product was made.
But since it’s made to hold huge devices, the case is bulky and may not be comfortable for many users.
Pros
- Can hold iPhones with huge cases
- Additional belt loops for better holding
Cons
- Big size may not be convenient for many

9. Pelican Voyager Series – MagSafe case
Usually, when you are on the lookout for the best belt clip case for your iPhone 14 Plus or 14 Pro Max, one feature that’s common to feature is the magnets for MagSafe. But with the Pelican Voyager Series, that’s a thing in the past – thanks to the magnetic ring in the case.
Not only is the case equipped with magnet but also comes with a belt clip that can be attached when you need it. To make it a good deal, it also supports wireless charging, both the standard and the MagSafe standards.
The case is designed to be a rugged one that can even resist strong falls, making the case a bit bulkier. But if you are okay with it, then this is a good choice to go with.
Pros
- Comes with magnets for MagSafe
- Snappable belt clip holder
- Supports wireless charging
Cons
- A bit bulky to use

10. BECPLT leather belt case – Simplicity personified
A holster is most convenient with a belt clip case for iPhone 14 Plus or iPhone 14 Pro Max. Since we can hold items such as pens or anything necessary. Sure, we won’t be as equipped as Batman, but it is still better than nothing.
At first glance, the BECPLT phone holster case seems like any other one. The case is made of high-quality leather, promising good touch and feel. Besides holding your iPhone, you can also store your ID cards. As for the belt clip, it can be rotated according to your choice.
The only thing they could have improved was the magnetic strength of the magnetic closure, as it may open frequently.
Pros
- Convenient
- Built using high-quality leather
Cons
- Low magnetic strength

That’s it!
So what are your thoughts about the list of the iPhone 14 Plus and 14 Pro Max belt clip cases I picked? Among all these, which one grabbed your attention? Let me know in the comments.
Here are some more things to check out:
I’m looking for a case to replace my Otterbox for iPhone 14 plus. The Otterbox is certainly great protection which is a good thing… Since I got the case I have had trouble with the belt clip, it is difficult to clip into- requiring exact placement to work and will sometimes seem to work and drop the phone 30 seconds later. It also has an annoying habit of unclipping itself on the seatbelt buckle as I exit my truck and ending up on the ground. Just now it came off my belt entirely when I was dressing and one of the ears broke off.
Sorry to hear that. I suggest getting Encased Duraclip case. It comes with a Belt Clip Holster and is compatible with MagSafe. Besides, the multi-layer protection provides good impact resistance.
