How to Enable Workout Do Not Disturb on Apple Watch

There is currently no option to turn on Workout Do Not Disturb right from Apple Watch. Hence, you will need to get it done from the Watch app from your iPhone running iOS 11.

Step #1. Launch Watch app on your paired iPhone.

Step #2. Next, you need to tap on My Watch tab at the bottom → Tap on General.
